Greeting me from the cold frame this morning with the sun and temperatures headed for the mid 50s today. Pure golden sunshine.
For to garden successfully is achievement of the finest. Call it tonic, sport, science, art, if you will. But do not fail to call it adventure. ~ Alice T.A. Quackenbush (1929)
What a beautiful flower, Ann! It's one of my favorites. My Mom always had it in our garden. She told us about its benefits for a garden and its use in folk medicine. At any given time, I have a little bottle of calendula /vodka mixture and use it for cuts, scratches, etc. It works! Thanks for your post!
